Privacy policy

This policy explains how Luxury Homeland Real Estate L.L.C (“we”) collects and uses personal data through this website. We collect as little as possible, and only to answer you.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Who is responsible

Luxury Homeland Real Estate L.L.C, The Citadel Tower, Marasi Drive Street, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. For any question: info@luxuryhomeland.com.

What we collect

Only the information you choose to send us through our forms, by WhatsApp or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address, phone number, preferred contact method, project, timeline, indicative budget and message — and, for applications, your LinkedIn profile.

To protect the forms against automated sending (spam), the server keeps, for 48 hours at most, an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself), used only to limit the number of messages sent.

Only with your consent (see “Cookies and audience measurement” below), browsing data is also collected: pages viewed, clicks on our buttons (WhatsApp, phone, e-mail, forms), type of device and browser, approximate country or region, and the page you came from. It never includes what you type in our forms (name, e-mail, phone, message).

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare your consultation and follow up on your project or application. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

With your consent: measuring the site's audience and how well our pages work (Google Analytics), and measuring or tailoring our advertising on Google and on Meta's networks (Facebook, Instagram).

Legal basis

Your request, and our legitimate interest in answering it, for the forms and messages; your consent for audience measurement and advertising, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting what was done before. In accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where they apply, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Who receives it

Our advisors only, and our technical provider Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland), which hosts this website and our e-mail and processes this data in Switzerland. When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta), under its own terms.

If you accept audience measurement or advertising: Google (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, and Google LLC, United States) for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, and Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin, and Meta Platforms, Inc., United States) for the Meta Pixel. For the collection made by the Meta Pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and we are joint controllers, as European case law provides.

Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU

Google and Meta may process this data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss–US extension, under which Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as necessary to handle your request and follow up on your project, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Google Analytics statistics are kept for 14 months, then deleted.

Cookies and audience measurement

Strictly necessary, always on: NEXT_LOCALE (the site's language, 12 months) and lh_consent (your cookie choices, 6 months). They are not used to follow you and are exempt from consent.

Audience measurement, only if you accept it: Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4, which sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies (13 months at most) to tell visits apart.

Advertising, only if you accept it: the Meta Pixel (cookie _fbp, 3 months) and Google Ads conversion tracking (cookie _gcl_au, 3 months) measure how well our ads work and may be used to show you our ads on Google, Facebook or Instagram.

Until you accept something, none of these services is loaded: no data is sent to Google or Meta. “Reject all” is as simple as “Accept all”. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw your consent, the cookies concerned are deleted. You are asked again after 6 months.

No other tracker is used: no social network buttons, no embedded videos or maps. Our fonts are served from our own server, and the links to WhatsApp or Google Maps only reach those services when you click them, under their own policies.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, the GDPR where it applies and UAE law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (“Manage cookies”) without affecting what was done before. Write to info@luxuryhomeland.com: we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
